Plans and pricing for the new collaborative space in St. Paul
Many of you have been asking what it will cost to hang out in our new, yet-to-be-named space (don't get me started on that). Anyway, after looking at a whole bunch of different coworking spaces around the country, we've alighted on the following array of plans:
Casual coworking
- 1st time day pass - Free! (thanks @thomasknoll!)
- Day pass ($35) - Stop by during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
- Day pass pack of 5 ($150) - Buy 'em now, use 'em whenever.
Serious coworking
- Fulltime coworker ($250/mo.) - You get full use of the space during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on a month-to-month basis.
- Fulltime coworker with 24/7 access ($300/mo.)
Colocation
- Permanent office for a multi-person small business ($750) - Your business gets a permanent address, 24/7 access, a private working space and locking cabinets. Assumes 2 people. Got more? Let's talk, as there are lots of space options.
- Incubator space for a multi-person small business (space, services and cost to be determined on a custom basis)
Basic amenities
Here's what we expect to have on-hand on opening day in January:
- A great environment with lots of light!
- Ample space at shared or private tables
- Wi-Fi & power
- Coffee (the good stuff, mind you)
- A full kitchen
- Printers, copier, fax
- Conference room, private meeting room (so you can have private calls and meet with clients, partners, etc.)
- Security & camera surveillance (full-time coworkers will have passcards for secure entry)
Potential upgrades
- Permanent mailbox
- VOIP phone
- Land line (POTS) phone
- Phone reception
- Ad-hoc support services
